June Roundup - Another GREAT Month!

This year just keeps getting better & better!!  June had some more fabulous reads!
I apologize for the inconsistency with cover photos.  I don't want to bog down loading time w/ all the covers, but some I just really love & want you to see!!
And I have cover reveal packets or tours or ARC's on my FB blog page for some pictures, while others I've just taken screen shots from my phone.
I want you to be able to see them, though, and I'm not very creatively techy some days!!  LOL
So, I hope you'll enjoy & check out some of these - and let me know if you do, what you think!

Let's get this summer started!  ; )

I'll admit - I wasn't keen on the name "Steed" as a hero.  I couldn't imagine what would cause parents to name their child STEED!  It just didn't work for me.
However, the character of Steed made me fall in love with him, along with all the other beautifully written characters & the story.  So, I'm a fan of this family & looking forward to reading more in this series!!  : )

This was another one where I had trouble w/ a name - Leo is our heroine, and I love the name for a hero, but had a hard time w/ it for a girl.  Still, I enjoyed the story & was swept away by the big Greek family dynamic!

OMH!
OMH!
OMH!!!
So, KP's With Me in Seattle series was one of my first indie-author discoveries when I started my indie journey & it remains an absolute FAVORITE of mine!  Each story is fully of sexy & sweet, and the overall saga of this family is just amazing & entertaining!!  When she announced she was going back to this series w/ a whole new group of cousins ... I swooned.
These stories are a great escape & Stay With Me fits right in!
LOVED IT!

TOP READ of 2018!!!!
This story is emotional and wonderful and has so many layers I couldn't turn pages fast enough!
There are tears in this one, but also great banter & lots of smiles.
Highly recommend reading all 3 books in this series!

Roped
by
Cybill Cain

This is the latest in the Chimera Club series (which, when I first saw the name of the series, I thought it was going to be some BDSM or MC club, but it's not, it's something completely different & I LOVE it - and this one may be my favorite so far!).  It can be read as a standalone, but the whole series is amazing, so I recommend them all (except Poker Face, which I'm sure is also amazing, but I haven't read it yet).

Virgin In The City
by
Alexa Riley

Their books are usually quick & dirty, very enjoyable but don't necessarily have a lot of ... plot.  This story, however, falls into their STORY category, where it's still quick & sexy, but also has developed characters & a storyline you can really get into.  I highly enjoyed it!!

Unconscious Hearts
by
Harper Sloan

This one was a difficult add to my list, because I enjoyed the beginning but then didn't enjoy it after a few chapters in - both characters SERIOUSLY bothered me.  And then something happened later in the story - I didn't give up on it, and suddenly I really, really liked both Ari & Thorn & couldn't put the story down.  I devoured it, and it ended up being a 10+++ read.  It's emotional & funny & sad & I just wanted to give everyone a hug!
(Except Dwight the evil cat... he might NEED a hug, but I'd steer clear...LOL)

Sunshine and the Stalker
by
K Webster & Dani Rene

This is another example of a quick, sexy read that manages to also let you get to know the characters & invest in them.

Pull You Through
by
Kaylee Ryan

I really enjoy Kaylee's style of story telling.  Emotional, well-developed, and just the right amount of steamy sexiness.  This one is about a military man, and a lot of the interaction happens through text/email/phone calls.  It takes a special talent to make the reader feel the connection between H/h using this method, and Kaylee Ryan DELIVERS.  Soooo good!

Everything I Never Wanted
by
K Street

SWOON!
This story is amazingly written & pulled me in right away.  Tucker & Camryn are strong characters with stories I related to & fell in love with.  : )  Also, the care they both take with Shayne (Tucker's daughter) is one of the best in single-parent story lines that I've ever read.
Absolutely LOVED this one!

EINW was the 3rd book by this author, and I loved it so much I immediately read her previous two books, The Fall of Cinderella and Healing the Broken.  Those were also EXCELLENT & I couldn't put them down.
They are some of my favorite books of the year!!!

What books were your favorites in June?
Show me your shelfie, share some recs, or let me know if you've read any of the ones on my list & what you thought!

ttfn!
