Hooray! It's new LLV!
This one got a little darker than I liked, unexpectedly. Before that, I was vibing with these characters, and the ending made me happier, and I'm super interested in Bram & Dory's story from their parts in this & previous books, so it still gets a thumbs up! : )
My Review:
I loved Jeremiah & Gracelyn! Their reactions when they found out they were soon to be boss & employee made me giggle. Heh. Overall, this was an enjoyable read, with great characters & both new & old friendships along with the main romance going on! 🙂
There were a couple things that put me off, none of which I can write about, because they would absolutely be spoilers! And even with options to hide that information, I'm just not that person today! I will just say that some of the details with supporting characters didn't make sense, which threw me off every now & then. And there were some things toward the end that took away some of my good vibes. I felt they were unnecessary, but obviously the author felt this was where to take that character, so there we go! 😁
As I said, tho, I did enjoy the story overall, loved Jeremiah & Gracie, & loved the preview for Bram & Dory!!
