I loved this book!

LOVE HUNT! And Wyett's pretty darn sassy, too. 

I've been intrigued by Hunt for a while, and his story did not disappoint! 

My Review:

Excellent read! I have wanted Hunt to have his own HEA ever since he first appeared in Any Day Now. He intrigued me & when I learned he was part of this series... well, I may have excitedly squealed a little. ; ) 

Anyway, Hunt & Wyett are awesome & I loved their story! It was fun & flirty in the beginning, even w/ Hunt having to go off to prison. I also HIGHLY enjoyed the level of interaction all the guys have in this one, as well as seeing more of Six & Wyett's friendship. They're nuts when they're together & it's HILARIOUS! Even better, tho, are all the guys' reactions. HA!!

This story has banter, wit, sass, steam, action, and puppers! Highly recommend!

My Review:

Oh my heck, this story is FANTASTIC!! I adore Norah & Patrick!!

This fake relationship never really feels fake, even when Patrick is being a broody bear. Ilove Norah's openness & how both she & Patrick communicate. No misunderstandings lasting for entire chapters, no hemming & hawing. Friendship, banter, some drama outside the relationship, steamy times, more banter, actual conversations... Wonderful!!

Big thumbs up for this couple & their story!!

 Happy Release day to this awesome story!! 

I highly enjoy Jessica Prince's work. Every story brings great writing, a fun & intriguing story, and all the swoon & banter I could hope for. I also love how her series connect! 

My Review:

Bombshell brings the sweet, the sassy, the heat, the joy, the tears... It has it all! 

I loved getting to know Marin a bit in Charlotte's story, and her HEA with Pierce & his Eli is all I could have hoped for. Pierce has a wall of ice around his heart when it comes to any romantic entanglements, but Marin sure does a good job of melting that w/ her light! He tries to resist... 

The interactions between them, the backstories for both characters, the resolutions that happen, all works together to give an amazing story that kept me turning pages! I fell in love with this couple, and I'm excited for more in this series!!

PAST

It burned. Everywhere and nowhere. Slices in my skin that made it feel as if hot lava had been poured into my flesh. I couldn’t count them, had lost track after the tenth. I tried to move, to somehow escape. Only my fingers twitched.

Sounds. Voices. Hovering above me. They were everywhere and yet nowhere. Pinpricks of light, like glimmering stars on the darkest night.

“Miss? Can you hear me?”

I managed a low moan. I only wanted the pain to stop. The agony tearing through my body. I craved a blanket of nothingness. An endless sea where I would cease to exist altogether.

“I’m an EMT. You’re safe. We’ve got you.”

“Hurts.” It was the only message I cared about getting across. This woman might have the power to lessen the burn.

A hand slipped into mine, blood sliding down my arm to bind us together, the liquid already growing tacky with the passage of time.

“I know. Just hold on.”

I didn’t want to hold on. I wanted to float away to a world where none of this was real. Where pain didn’t exist—only light and peace and relief.

“Can you tell us who did this to you?”

My eyes fluttered. My cracked lips parted. I could only manage two words.

“My brother.”
